The goal of this phase is to set up the required solutions using Oracle’s Application Implementation Method (AIM) and HRMall’s Project Management Methodology.  This phase is further broken down into sub-phase from the Conference Room Pilot activities leading down to User Acceptance Testing, Parallel Runs for payroll to project go-live.

 

During the Implementation period, our Training and Change Management consultants conduct a series of sessions to enable a seamless transition from implementation to operations.  HRMall believes that the success of any project lies in the proper and thorough training and change management activities leading to employee adoption of the new system and practices.
