This last phase is where HRMall starts to run and maintain the system and perform the services required by the client according to the agreed service level commitments.  This is also the phase when the Employee Contact Center becomes operational.

 

Depending on your requirements, HRMall normally provides the production and technical support services such as hosting, technical upgrades, maintenance, disaster recovery and business continuity, load balancing, encryption support, backup, recovery and other related services.  This ensures that the client’s system infrastructure is always robust and capable of running and delivering the required applications.

 

As part of the service, HRMall also performs payroll processing for clients and provides accurate and timely release of payments to client employees.  Combining both HR and Payroll experience, our team members undergo extensive induction and training to ensure that they are positioned to deliver our commitments to you.  Payroll teams will include individuals with statutory knowledge.  Timely processing, closing, and posting of payroll results are part of our commitment to you.

 

An Account Manager will be appointed to provide your HR and leadership team with a single point of contact and accountability for ongoing service delivery.
